Privacy Policy

This service is operated by PHIN to publish its own marketing videos to its own social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and to measure their performance.

Data we access

When an account owner connects an account, we store the access tokens issued by the platform, the account ID and display name, and statistics of the videos we publish (views, likes, comments, shares). We do not access messages, followers' personal data, or any other user's content.

How we use it

Only to upload videos chosen by the account owner, at the time they choose, and to show the owner how those videos perform. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Storage and deletion

Tokens are stored encrypted on our server. Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens immediately. You can also revoke access at any time in your platform account settings.

Short links

Our short links record the time, browser type and language of each visit to count clicks. No cookies or personal identifiers are stored.
